Throughout the COVID-19 situation, our commitment has been to be a responsible business and to follow all Government advice. We will always put safety and wellbeing of our people, our customers and the environments we work in first and foremost.

Throughout the COVID-19 situation, our commitment has been to be a responsible business and to follow all Government advice. We will always put safety and wellbeing of our people, our customers and the environments we work in first and foremost.

We want to reassure you that we remain fully resourced and available for all metering emergency and safety related work:

  • Our national workforce and emergency services remain available to all our customers, with new procedures in place to protect both consumers and our engineers
  • We are committed to keeping our key workers safe, as well as the families and homes that we visit.  When respond to any gas and electric metering emergencies, we always follow all Government, Ofgem, and Public Health advice on the necessary precautionary measures.  
  • Our office-based teams have also been working effectively from home since 17 March, with no impact on our service to customers.

We would like to thank our customers, our people, and our partners for their incredible resilience, hard work and support during these challenging times.
