An important update about our 2020 AGM

18 Sep 2020

The health and safety of our Shareholders and colleagues is always the Company’s highest priority and we are committed to supporting the UK Government’s efforts in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Due to recent changes in law relating to meeting with others safely (social distancing), we are only permitted to allow six individual shareholders to physically attend our 2020 AGM, which is being held at our head office on Wednesday 23 September 2020.

Considering this, we will now also be making available a dial in teleconference facility to enable shareholders to participate in the meeting. If you are a shareholder and would like to participate in the AGM via this teleconference facility, please email by 5pm on 21 September 2020 together with details of your full name, address and shareholder reference number, following which dial in details and instructions will be sent to you before the AGM.

Important safety information for Shareholders intending to physically attending the 2020 AGM

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the current UK Government restrictions, the Board would strongly urge all Shareholders not to physically attend the AGM.

Shareholders who, nonetheless, intend to attend the AGM physically should register by 5pm on 18 September 2020 as previously advised, but please be aware that physical entry to the AGM will be limited to the first six attendees (as described above). If you have registered to attend, you will be sent COVID-19 safety information prior to the AGM. In summary, this will relate to:

  1. Requirements and instructions around the COVID-secure measures which are in place at our Head Office. This includes the requirement to wear a facemask
  2. The requirement to take your temperature on arrival. Please note that we will refuse entry to anyone showing symptoms of COVID-19

Q. What will happen if I attend the AGM and the maximum number of physical shareholders (six) has been reached?

A. In this scenario, you will not be allowed physical entry to the AGM. Instead, we will provide you with dial in details for you to participate in the AGM via the teleconference facility.

Q. How do I register to attend the 2020 AGM?

A. Please email by 5pm on 18 September 2020 (if you intend to attend physically) or by 5pm on 21 September 2020 (if you will attend via the teleconference facility)

Q. How do I access the dial in details for the teleconference facility?

A. Once registered via, which will require you to provide your full name, address and shareholder reference number, you will be emailed dial in details in advance of the AGM.
