Fulcrum, the leading independent net-zero focused multi-utility infrastructure and services provider, has been shortlisted for Subcontractor/Service Provider of the Year at the prestigious Housebuilder Awards 2021.

Due to be announced at a prestigious ceremony at Intercontinental Hotel overlooking London’s Canary Wharf in November, the award category recognises the contribution of the best of the sector’s subcontracting specialists.

The awards, which are organised by Housebuilder magazine and the Home Builders Federation, and are in partnership with the National Housebuilding Council, feature a range of categories covering areas such as regeneration initiatives, customer satisfaction, sustainable housebuilding and housing scheme design.

Terry Dugdale, Chief Operating Officer at Fulcrum said,  "The Housebuilder Awards are the most prestigious in the industry and we are exceptionally proud to be shortlisted in the subcontractor category.

We focus on building very close and collaborative relationships with our house builder customers, which leads to effective project delivery.  This was even more important during the unprecedented period of the pandemic, where working as a single team with our customers ensured new homes were delivered and everyone was kept safe while we did".
