Fulcrum Group appoints new Chief Operating Officer for Gas Business

Fulcrum, the UK’s leading independent multi-utility infrastructure and services provider, has appointed Terry Dugdale as its new Chief Operating Officer for its gas and multi-utility business.

He joins the company from Wolseley UK, where he was Trading Director of Wolseley Infrastructure companies: Fusion Utilities, Utility Power Systems and Utility Fibre Systems and MCA-Fusion Hire.

Terry is an Incorporated Engineer and member of the Institute of Gas Engineers and Managers and the Institute of Directors. With an established track record of driving innovation and new technology, Terry will use his extensive experience in the utility contracting sector and gas distribution networks to further expand Fulcrum’s capabilities and reinforce its industry-leading position.

Terry started his career with British Gas and progressed into several senior operational management roles in the independent multi-utility contracting sector where he was responsible for the operational delivery and growth of these businesses.

Terry is an Incorporated Engineer and is a member of both the Institute of Gas Engineers and Managers and the Institute of Directors.

One of his many career highlights includes being a member of the Transco management team involved in the construction of the Channel Tunnel rail link. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family and is passionate about rugby, coaching both juniors and young adults.
